Bodywork

The key to body-mind health and bliss is within oneself.

I specialize in the soft, gentle, passive - yet powerful - yoga styles, Yin Yoga and Tantra Yoga. However, I occasionally teach the more active Yin-Yang flows to offer both aspects of yoga and of life. The active and the passive, the dynamic and the relaxing, the strong and the soft, the yin and the yang.

Having a background in Ayurveda nutrition and health, TCM knowledge through the Yin Yoga teacher trainings and with lots of trainings thai-yoga bodywork I complement my practises, teachings and offer for self-relient health, wellbeing and self-care.

Mainly through Yin Yoga teacher trainings in Austria, classes, workshops and retreats I try to share as much as possible about approaches and practices for body and mind bliss.

Relaxation is key

Challenging times cry out for recalibration, grounding and relaxation. Quieter times can be used to maintain this state of physical and mental relaxation - enjoying life to the fullest, whilst being better equipped for the next inevitable tsunami of emotions and insecurities.

In my yin yoga teacher trainings, retreats and classes I try to transmit as much as possible about approaches to relaxation.

"We help the mind to slow down its rapid senses of thoughts and feelings and replace the mental activities with inner awareness and attention."
